I'm Samantha — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in my 20s who works with other young adults navigating the stuff nobody really prepares you for. The pressure of a new job. The weird grief of a friendship drifting apart. Dating in New York. Wondering if everyone else has it more together than you do. I've been there, and I know how lonely it can feel to carry all of that.

My approach is down-to-earth and relational — I show up as a real person, not a blank slate. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-oriented approaches, but mostly I just meet you where you are and we figure it out together.

You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. You just have to be tired of doing it all alone.
